Сегодня нами была направлена жалоба в порядке ст. 124 УПК РФ прокурору города Красногорска Московской области! На данный момент все еще не было вынесено никаких санкций со стороны закона, поэтому сейчас наша первостепенная задача - добиться справедливого рассмотрения дела и вынесения решения, особенно сейчас, когда есть решение ФКСР, а значит, личность избивающего человека была установлена.
