Как обычно с реальными домами происходит - следующий этап - внутренняя отделка. Я уже писал, что пену оставлять нельзя, из вариантов была шпатлевка или штукатурка или снова стекловолокно. В тестовом режиме я попробовал замазать пену шпатлевкой - в целом неплохо, но дает усадку, трескается и не сказать чтобы хорошо наносится на настолько неровную пену. Да и это все равно был запасной вариант. Посему вернулся снова …
Из-за выбранной на начальном этапе техники папье-маше весь внешний корпус повело от намокания бумаги, первый слой эпоксидки с стеклотканью ситуацию не особо спас. И раз уж проект экспериментов с технологиями - продолжаем с шпатлевкой. Наиболее подходящая шпатлевка по эпоксидке, на удивление - эпоксидная. И она всегда 2-компонентная и почти всегда с быстрым временем отверждения. Автомобильные шпатлевки как раз подход…
Идем дальше - теплоизоляция. Ввиду замысловатой формы и требований к вандалоустойчивости внутренней поверхности почти все варианты материалов для покрытия отпали. Минвата слишком мягкая и быстро вырвется. Листы утеплителя невозможно по форме подогнать. Остается напыляемый утеплитель - как монтажная пена, но с распылителем по площади. Предварительно изнутри я "загрунтовал" поверхность эпоксидкой и дальше напылил 5 б…
Неделю постов о будке объявляю открытой. Проект движется к завершению, он не выйдет таким гладким и красивым как на рендерах из-за кучи факапов, которые я буду рассказывать вместе с освещением хода дел. На последний известный вам момент был собран каркаc из напечатанных рамок, оклеен бумагой и в 1 слой укрыт стеклотканью со смолой. Перейдем к внутренней части - её надо утеплять, т.к. зимы холодные. Буду это делать…
А вот и демо. Дымоуловитель для паяльника, за стенкой - корпустый вентилятор для системника. Никаких угольных фильтров не стоит, в первую очередь нужен был отвод дыма, чтобы в глаза не попадало, не так часто что-то паяю.
