Да, в первую очередь - это удар по держателям карт UnionPay. Если у клиентов в России есть возможность доснять наличные в кассе, то у туристов за границей такой возможности нет. Лимит устанавливается в календарный месяц, то есть обновляется каждое 1-е число.

Банковские карты UnionPay от Россельхозбанка могут перестать работать вне России. Клиенты начали получать от персональных менеджеров предупреждения, что с 17 июля прекращается обслуживание этих карт за границей.
