Сказать, что на Херсонщине сейчас «катастрофа» - значит ничего не сказать. Причем это не стихия, а вполне рукотворная трагедия. И для тысяч людей попавших в эту беду, поверьте, не важно кто её автор. Этот вопрос оставим для политиков. Люди не только остались без домов и всего имущества. Наводнение и война - это трагедия в кубе. Не знаю, было ли в истории что-то подобное. Над затопленными городами идёт полноценна…
