3. Управление ФСИН по Республике Мордовия в свою очередь отвечает, что никаких препятствий для отборочных мероприятий в отношении Захарченко не чинится. Военные должны просто приехать в колонию, запросить Захарченко и провести с ним все регламентированные процедуры. Ответ ниже ⬇️

2. Военный комиссариат Республики Мордовия сослался на отсутствие фамилии Захарченко в ежемесячно подаваемых колонией списках желающих заключить контракт (однако вопрос, зачем нужен этот список, если Захарченко направил десятки заявлений о своем намерении заключить контракт напрямую в Военный комиссариат?). Уже почти год Дмитрий Захарченко не может заключить контракт на прохождение службы в зоне СВО. Казалось бы, лейтенант запаса с боевым опытом не в санаторий просится, да и ничем не хуже других заключенных, без лишних бюрократических проволочек отправившихся на фронт.
