Quando avvenne l’ultimo rialzo dei tassi da parte della BCE? Pericolosamente 11 anni fa, all’indomani della lettera scritta dallo stesso draghi a tremonti, che fece poi apripista per la caduta del governo Berlusconi. Da lì, la crisi del debito.
