Вышел патч версии 4.0.2. Была исправлена проблема, то что после добавления манифеста - игры не появлялись в стиме. У кого версия 4.0.1 - нажмите в настройках проверить обновление и скачайте EXE. И у вас будет версия 4.0.2. Спасибо за помощь тем людям, кто увидел эту проблему и сообщил
