Мобільний додаток Патруль pinned a photo
Ось типовий представник користувачів, через яких програму "Патруль" було заблоковано в Google Play. Саме цікаве, що даному користувачу ми надали навіть 1 рік безкоштовної підписки і ще цікаве, що вели довгу переписку і він навіть побажав нам успіхів та подякував за докладну відповідь. Тобто користувач який витратив 36 грн., отримав підписку на рік вартістю 360 грн. і йому це виявилось замало 🤯 Ми завжди були відкрит…

❌ Патруль в Google Play - заблоковано та видалено назавжди. Ми якраз тестили програму без обов'язкової реєстрації і в цей момент служба підтримки виявила 2 критичних проблеми - низький рейтинг програми та видавання себе за іншу особу (організацію). За 3 доби безуспішних намагань відновити програму, у нас нічого не вийшло. Користувачі які мають діючу підписку - можуть спокійно користуватись програмою до кінця дії св…
