Отличное видео из серии «тогда и сейчас». Поражает, как какие-то моменты изменились в корне, а какие-то - остались прежними, но «более благородными» вариантами самих себя. Поступил вопрос, каким образом этот закон ущемляет меньшинства (в данном случае - чёрное коммьюнити).
