سلام خسته نباشید من میخوام از تجربه شیردهیم بهتون بگم نوکهردوسینهم فرورفته بود از اول، کامل، حتی مسطح هم نبود، کامل فرورفته بود. جوری بود که من تا ۱۴،۱۵ روزگی بچهم میدوشیدم شیرم رو و با قطرهچکان بهش میدادم. غیر از روزهای اول که بچم زردی داشت و به خاطر زردیش توی بیمارستان بستری بود و چقدر اطرافیان و تختهای اطراف و مادرهای دیگه و همراههای دیگه هی به من میگفتن بچه گریه میکنه، چون من مثل مادرای دیگه نبودم که بچه…

دیروز از استرس مصاحبه براتون گفتم… با خودم فکر میکردم رقابت انقدر زیاده که بعیده من، از یه شهر کوچیک، بین متخصصین اطفال و ماماها، شانس قبولی داشته باشم. اما قبول شدم! 😍 البته ذوقم فقط چند دقیقه طول کشید؛ بعدش تازه استرس واقعی شروع شد… باید ۲۲ روز اونم توی سردترین هفتههای سال میرفتم تهران... با ورود به انجمن ترویج تغذیه با شیر مادر، وارد یه دنیای جدید شدم. از نزدیک کنار اساتید مطرح حوزهی نوزادان، کودکان و شیرد…

فکر میکنم مسیر مشاور شیردهی شدنم از همون روزی شروع شد که فهمیدم یک تکه از پازلِ مسیر حرفهایم گم شده… بعد از کار توی زایشگاه و مرکز بهداشت، احساس میکردم این برام کافی نیست. شیفتهای فشردهی بیمارستان، جسم و روحم رو خسته کرده بود، مرکز بهداشت هم انقدر حجم کارش زیاد بود که فرصت نمیکردم بفهمم اصلا عشق من توی رشتهی مامایی چی بود؟ بعد از زایمان،همه نگاهها به نوزاد بود و مامانها اغلب با دغدغههای شیردهی تنها میمو…
