Добрый день! Вчера я пришла к психологу Оле @psihololiya со своей тревогой и переживаниями. Оля в очень комфортной атмосфере со мной поговорила, провела практикум. В результате, я получила то, что мне не хватало уже месяца три - состояние лёгкости, задора, радости, готова весь мир обнять) . Тревога и печаль растворились! Спасибо большое Оле, рекомендую не упустить возможность и кайфануть!
Дорогие учащиеся! 🌱Хочу поделиться с вами и обратить внимание на прекрасную возможность которая у нас есть здесь, в школе!!! А именно - консультация психолога. Я просто написала Ольге что хочу поговорить, она просто предложила время и мы просто пообщались в телемосте... И казалось бы эти 3 простых действия привели к огромному результату! Ты чётко структурируешь путь движения в работе. Меня шкивало мама не горюй, но ты цепкими волшебными своими ручками ведешь к цели, не отклоняясь от маршрута. Я всегда являюсь "сложным клиентом", казалось, что у меня всё под контролем. Но, сколько времени прошло, под года? Ничего у меня под контролем не было, ты дала мне наиграться " Сам себе доктор", при этом не отклоняясь от маршрута моего исцеления. В моей случае…
Оля, я хочу сказать тебе большое спасибо за то, что поддерживала и продолжаешь это делать. Порой бывает напишешь тебе сообщение, перечитаешь и ловишь инсайты, а ты потом подтверждаешь то, что осознала. Ты мягко направляешь в нужное русло, тактична и подбирает нужные слова (порой хлесткие и отрезвляющее), но такие нужные❤️❤️❤️
Вообще не врет ни разу! Я тебе благодарна за то, что позвала меня в работу с тобой, потому что это всегда крутые изменения и твоя работа она не похожа на других🙏🙏🙏 Она четкая, структурная, понятная и эффективная ❤️❤️❤️
