Верховний Суд, врешті, став на бік працівника, який був незаконно відсторонений від роботи через відмову від примусової так званої ковід-вакцинації. Суд, де-факто, визнав примусову вакцинацію незаконною. Це рішення стане важливим прецедентом при розгляді аналогічних справ, тисячі яких перебувають нині в судах різних рівнів.
