Насколько важна визуальная составляющая в дегустации вин? Возыращаемся к винной тематике, не только же про кур с томатным соком писать😅 Я думаю, что визуал - это наиболее важный фактор в дегустации вин, здесь играют роль и свет, и бокал, и помещение, и сама фигура сомелье. Ароматика вина это 60% удовольствия от дегустации, как многие считают. Но я бы на первое место поставила визуал, потом ольфакторную часть, и потом…

Такой концентрации трюфельных собак в одном месте я еще не видела😃 Это был пробег специально обученных собак для поиска трюфеля, охотники на трюфель со всего севера Италии, и их родня, друзья. Это город Канале, что в Пьемонте, 20 минут от знаменитой Альбы. Все это дело приветствовали меры местных городков, оркестр, и даже священник в конце мероприятия освятил собак на благополучную охоту!

🍷Винтажное вино - все ли винтажи можно дегустировать или некоторые ждет судьба сувениров на полках винных погребов?
