When I first started making chopping boards earlier in the year I really wanted to make end grain boards. For anyone who doesn't know end grain boards are the strongest but take much longer to make as there is a lot more glueing and sanding involved. Well I'm very happy to announce that I've just finished my first choas pattern end grain chopping board. Its by no means perfect and i made a few mistakes along the way …
