Экшелли я опять решила какой-то канон отодвинуть вперёд чтобы у него было больше смысла, а именно из-за того что в первой части и так задумана арка с мэром, а инга и ленни сайдкики, я решила что нет смысла в департаменте и путанице сквот/департамент, лучше передвинуть департамент на таймскип и его арку с зачисткой на будущее, и тогда можно будет уделить и больше внимания тому как и почему он появился
