Практически все население сейчас волнует ситуация с «электронными повестками», а также как будет доказано, что человек получил повестку. Но самое главное конечно людей волнует наказание за «уклонение». Проект постановления Пленума Верховного суда по военной тематике уже принят, в ближайшне время будет доработано и эти позиции станут обязательными для всех нижестоящих судов, а также для всех сотрудников правоохраните…

Уважаемые подписчики! Мне в личку писали несколько раз, что «Ваша честь» ассоциируется с не совсем положительным сериалом. Более того поскольку я не только судья, но и преподавать и просто человек, решила изменить название канала. Давайте проголосуем. Заране всем спасибо!

Судей привлекают к ответственности и за покровительство, и за мошенничество. Почитайте последние решения ВККС о том, когда снимают неприкосновенность судьи и направляют на возбуждение уголовных дел. И если у нас в Челябинской нет уголовных дел на судей - значит это говорит не о том, что пишут некоторые граждане и гражданки, а о том, что у нас честный и независимый суд с высоким качеством рассмотрения дел разного ур…

Судьи это не ведущие на свадьбе! В процессе всегда минимум 2 стороны и всегда есть те, кто выигрывает в процессе и те, кто проигрывает. Для судей никакие доказательства не имеют заранее предопределенной силы и все происходит в ходе состязательности процесса. У кого доказательства весомей и больше - такое решение и выносится. Законное, обоснованное и справедливое.
