прошлым вечером сероквель не был принят, умышленно и преступо. как и этим вечером, аналогично. что примечательно, позапрошлым я принял решение начать снижать дозировку и в идеале попробовать съехать, посмотреть что будет. В своё время кветиапин мне очень помог, но прошёл уж не один год, мб уже и не нужен. Потому что и неудобств он мне подвёз миллион..

Нашёл сегодня кровь запёкшуюся в ухе, которое вчера звенело 🧐

А пока утренняя история - тоже лёг на час с 8 до 9, но ни планшета ни телефона не услышал, разбудила мама в 10. Проснулся в сознание мгновенно, но приподняться над кроватью оказалось 10000% сложно, а потом я начал говорить "о, я проспал", но получалось только "ооваову уу". Короче как инсультники обычно шевелятся и общаются >< Ток у меня прошло само за минуту, а не за полгода реабилитации.
