сгоняли сегодня на крестовский остров — там есть большая тренажерная площадка вместе с гантелями, грушами, тренажерами, волейбольным полем и много чего ещё. что я могу сказать — как же дико везёт ребятам, которые живут рядом с крестовским и могут бесплатно заниматься и постоянно туда ходить. и как же не повезло всем петербуржцам, что нормальная погода у нас от силы 3-4 месяца в году :)

когда жил во Вьетнаме — мы с моим тренером Валерием мечтали открыть свой небольшой клуб единоборств. арендовать помещение, завезти оборудование и сформировать группы для тренировок. в аскетичном формате нужно было всего 400-600к рублей на начальном этапе — то есть сделать было вполне реально. чтобы открыть что-то подобное в Питере — этот ценник надо делать х10-х20. из-за дорогой системы вентиляции, ремонта, покрыти…

не понимаю людей, которые летом выбирают приехать в Питер, когда можно выбрать более солнечно-стабильные места, с морем и пляжными приколами. чтобы не толкаться плечами с туристами на невском проспекте, а нормально отдохнуть. в Питер надо ехать ранней осенью. надеть лёгкое пальто или курточку джинсовую, взять кофе горячий и спокойно пойти изучать город: улицы, музеи, церкви, парки, бары. нет очередей. на улице мень…
