Попыталась об этом поразмышлять. Заодно исследовала:

Не прошло и сколько-то там лет, как я обнаружила существование Substack, спасибо Элизабет Гилберт, чья рассылка с письмами о любви внезапно попала в мой ящик.
Порадовалась - наконец-то можно "замутить" рассылку с лонгридами - я давно собиралась, люблю эссеистику. Вскоре запущу и расскажу. Блин, я скучаю по формату рассылок, часто вспоминаю, с каким удовольствием делала еженедельные астро-прогнозы, вот времечко-то бы…
Сейчас будет клише, от которого у меня самой сводит зубы. Но я вынуждена признать, что День рождения–очень грустный праздник. Summertime sudness и вот это все.
Мамы больше нет. Она впервые за всю жизнь меня не поздравила. Ну как так? Дени тоже не позвонил, хотя никогда не забывал... Все потому, что его тоже больше нет.
Дню рождения, как выясняется, нужны свидетели.
И чтобы все было, как обычно, а не вот этот вот б…
Подозреваю, в преддверии дэрэ (первое ДР без мамы и Дени) нахлобучило кризисом, на фоне которого все прекрасное стало немного размыто. И все же, оно (прекрасное) есть и немало.
Самое главное - научный руководитель приняла мою работу без замечаний и нареканий. Много было напряжения и ожидания, теперь можно выдыхать. Заодно освободилось время по четвергам и теперь дни приема клиентов - среда, четверг, пятница.

Много лет я не умела замечать первых признаков усталости. Пока не выяснила, что я интровертированный интуит (по Юнгу), а значит, ощущающая функция у меня в подчинении. То есть я не очень умею понимать свое тело и распознавать его сигналы, пока оно не начинает пытаться достучаться до меня симптомами.
