Помогаю вести переговоры по заключению договора аренды. Дорого. Наш контрагент просит снизить размер неустойки за возможную просрочку платежа по аренде. Изначально там заградительный штраф и хороший % неустойки за каждый день просрочки были. Но это для того, что бы как раз не было просрочек. А не для обогащения арендодателя. У меня вопрос к вам, как бы вы поступили в нашем случае?

⚡️ЦБ снизил ключевую ставку на 1%, до 20%. Впервые с октября.
