啟臣報告： ⚠️國道4⃣️豐潭段要通車囉！ #112年1月16日全線通車 #國道4⃣️串起大臺中山海屯 國道四號豐潭段是啟臣過去11年擔任立委期間全程參與的工程，從爭取、規劃、協調、興建，一路以來克服諸多困難，自106年7月開工後，度過施工期間的交通黑暗期，總算在112年1月迎來全線通車，感謝交通部高公局同仁付出心血與努力，也要謝謝來往民眾體諒施工期間的不便，共同完成這條重要的高速道路！ 豐潭段斥資超過300億，全線通車後，國道4號豐原山城銜接臺74線可省約20分鐘路程！不僅能紓解國道1號臺中系統交流道中清段、中港段、五權西路段交通壅塞，更可望改善豐原及臺中市區主要幹道臺3線交通服務水準，並與國道1號、國道3號、臺74線及臺61線構成大臺中地區完整的高速公路網！不僅如此，豐潭段全線通車後，國道4⃣️將成為串起大臺中山海屯區的唯一國道，全線通車帶來的便捷性對大臺中的民眾相當重要！ 但這只是第一步，後續還有東勢-豐原生活圈快速…
