این روزها که بحث مقایسهی مهریه با اختیارات مردان پس از ازدواج داغ است و بسیاری اینها را معادل یکدیگر در نظر میگیرند نکتهای مغفول میماند که جای تفکر دارد.
اختیاراتی که برای مردان در قانون وجود دارد مثل حق طلاق و حضانت (بعد از هفت سالگی) و ارث بردن از همسر، اصولاً پیش از ازدواج انگیزهای برای سوءاستفاده در مردان ایجاد نمیکند.
