⚠️ رایجترین دغدغهای که کنکوریها اوایل مسیر درس خوندن باهاش روبهرو میشن اینه که : مثلاً قرار بوده ۷ بیدار شی، ولی چشم باز کردی دیدی ایبابا ساعت ۸:۳۰ 🛏️ اولین فکری که میاد تو ذهنت چیه؟ صبح خواب موندم ، برنامم بههم ریخت؛ پس «امروزم خراب شد»😵💫 مشکل تنظیم نبودن خواب و بیداری هم دقیقا همینه و با یکی دو روز ، این ریتم تنظیم نمیشه چون باید ساعت بیولوژیک بدنت با این لایف استایلی که میخوای هماهنگ بشه. 🙂↔️
