Спустя две недели я снова вернулась к бегу. 🏃➡️ Скучала .. И о чудо сразу побила свой же рекорд. Мне очень сложно дается бег. Я задыхаюсь, не могу ускориться, но не у меня есть цель: до конца года выйти из 30 мин на км дистанции. Более того мне не очень то и полезен бег. Йога и растяжки были бы уместнее. Но я там засыпаю. А после бега и йога и растяжка идут веселее. Так как я понимаю зачем мне это после нагрузки.…
