عزیزم این روند طبیعیه چون که ما از 7 سالگی تا 18 سالگی تو یه فضای آکادمیک درس خوندیم و مهارتی یاد نگرفتیم و حتی اون دروس هم کمک کننده نبودن واسمون بعد از اون وارد یه رشته تخصصی و یه محیط جدید شدیم سردرگمی طبیعیه اما سردرگم موندن طبیعی نیست من خودم به شخصه از ترم بالایی ها خیلی کمک گرفتم و رفتم سراغ افرادی که تو رشتم به دید خودم موفق بودن و ازشون خواهش کردم که خط فکریم رو روشن کنن🫰
حالا چرا میگم که راضیم از خودم؟! چون صبح خیلی کسل بودم و بیحال اما 🩵 اول از همه به خودم گفتم این حال طبیعیه و داری ایام pms رو طی میکنی پس سخت نگیر 🩵دوما که به جای مصرف کافئین و دریافت انرژی کاذب و اسکرول کردن مجازی رفتم برناممو نوشتم و دونه دونه شروع کردم به انجام دادنشون و هرچیزی و که میخواستم استارت بزنم با خودم میگفتم فقط 10 دقیقه انجام میدم نه بیشتر و وقتی ب خودم میومدم میدیدم که عه کل کارام تموم شده😌
گواهی دورم رو دریافت کردم😌🤌 و باز هم بابت این موضوع از خودم راضیم🤌
درس خوندم اما بدون مصرف کافئین🤌 همیشه یا جوشان انرژی فیکس میخوردم یا یه قهوه ای یا هرچیزی ک کافئین داشت اما امروز فقط یه استکان چایی خوردم انگار تبدیل به یه باور غلط و یه روتین غلط شده بود واسم که قبل از درس خوندن باید کافئین مصرف کنم و غافل از اینکه انرژیش کاذبه و مصرفش در دراز مدت ممکنه مخرب باشه 🩵واسه این حرکت مثبت امروزم واقعا راضیم از خودم😌🤌
اما من امروز اینجوری بودم که تو سکوت هم درس خوندم هم کنار خونوادم بودم هم ژورنال نویسی کردم و ژورنال ترسیمی انجام دادم هم گواهی دورمو دریافت کردم و الان پر از حس رضایتم🤌😌

بارها و بارها خدمتتون عرض کرده بودم که مشاور داشتن رو نمیپسندم اما اگه یک درصد بخوام کسی رو معرفی کنم قطعا تیم جناب رحیمی رو خدمتتون معرفی میکنم از هر نظر عالی هستن🤌
