♦️نکات مهم در اجرای یک hplc بدون نقص: ۱- همواره گرید مواد شیمیایی و حلالهایی که در hplc استفاده می شود، حتما hplc grade باشد و فاز متحرک و آنالیت قبل از ازمایش hplc گاززدایی (حباب زدایی/degasing) و فیلتر شوند و فاز متحرک متناسب با نوع hplc (نرمال یا معکوس) انتخاب شود. ۲- برای محافظت از فاز ساکن سیلیکا، بایستی همواره محدوده pH فاز متحرک بین ۲ تا ۸ استفاده شود. ۳- فیلترهای ساکشن، همواره در فاز متحرک، غوطه ور باشند.
