AI - идеальный джун. Вот как сделать его мидлом. Да, AI пишет бойлерплейт за минуты, генерит тесты и рефакторит быстрее любого стажера. Но я работал с кучей джунов и когда начал плотно работать с AI - узнал все знакомые грабли. Не задает вопросов. Молча делает. Уверен на 100% даже когда мимо.
