Как давать пояснения? Иногда ФНС присылает запрос дать пояснения по некоторым пунктам. Скажем честно, запросы бывают нечеткие, странные и даже абсурдные, но отвечать нужно, и в течение пяти рабочих дней. Если этого не делать, будет штраф 5000 рублей, а могут и заблокировать счет. Почему уточненки? Бизнес на общей системе налогообложения должен подать декларации до 25 числа месяца, следующего за отчетным. Но бывает такое, что уже поданная декларация содержит ошибки или не отражает реальной ситуации в связи с недавно появившимися обстоятельствами.
