Всем привет 🤝 Пришли купоны по облигациям ОФЗ 26233 и 26239 на сумму - 61 603,2₽ (до налогов). Выплаты реинвестирую в ОФЗ 26233. Фиксирую доходность в 14,7% на 9 лет. Также, пришли дивиденды от коммерческой недвижимости Парус, Активо и Симпл Эстейт на общую сумму - 16 270,6₽ (после налогов). Выплаты ремнвестирую в Парус.

День месяц кормит… Пассивный доход сегодня дал жару: Купоны от облигаций ОФЗ 26212 - 20 387₽ (до налогов). Дивиденды от Лукойл - 50 094₽ (после налогов). Дивиденды от Х5 - 134 467₽ (после налогов). Итого - 204 948₽. Полученные выплаты пока не реинвестировал, думаю куда пристроить.

Прибыльный 2025 - это хорошо, даже индекс обогнали 😅 Посмотрим, что будет в 2026. Акций в портфеле очень мало. В случае позитивного трека в сторону мира, акции улетят значительно выше. Возможно, есть смысл, дивиденды и купоны реинвестировать в акции, до этого все шло на покупку ОФЗ. Доля которых в портфеле составляет 68% (цель - 80%). Всем хорошего дня 🤝👍

Стоит отметить как вырос портфель в 2025 году. Аж на 46%. Что не может не радовать ) Без регулярных пополнений естественно не обошлось, но это и есть основа накоплений!

Всем привет 🤝 Хороший такой апсайд к прогнозу по Ozon от 17 ноября. Выросли на 20% от точки входа. Спекулятивно, можно зафиксировать половину и спокойно ждать конечной цели.

Всем привет 🤝 Пришли купоны по облигациям ОФЗ 26238, 26243 и 26248 на сумму - 39 770₽ (до налогов). Выплаты реинвестирую в ОФЗ 26243. Фиксирую доходность в 14,6% на 12 лет. Также, пополняю брокерский счет на 200 000₽ и покупаю облигации данного выпуска.
