Друзья! Лайфхак. В первую очередь, для мужчин :) Мы же челленджи на физ упражнения не просто делаем, чтобы потом кому то сказать, что сделали за месяц 3000 подтягиваний, например. Но и для того, чтобы развить мускулатуру, сделать тело красивым. А для роста мышцам обязательно нужен отдых. Поэтому делать 100 подтягиваний каждый день в течение месяца менее эффективно, чем делать чуть больше, но выделять день отдыха. На…
