Мне некомфортно спать в кромешной тьме 🤷🏻♀️ Да, из каждого утюга доносится, что мелатонин вырабатывается в бóльшем количестве, когда человек спит в темноте. Интересный момент ) Я когда-то публиковала статью, в которой рассказывала об одном из современных веяний дизайнеров: диваны с механизмом раскладывания – моветон, живем по принципу «соль в солонке, гости в гостинице»👌 На тот момент, как впрочем и сейчас, я имела мнение, что диван без механизма смотрится чаще симпатичнее, и спать на разложенном диване – редко когда удобно. Утро воскресенья провела в мебельном салоне с заказчиками.
