У каждого ну ооочень все по разному. Я впервые попробовала после того, как ребенок за полгода довел меня до срыва сна (уже не кормила), максимум 2-4 часа спала, дальше изучала потолок. Через 2 недели отличный сон (без сновиденей), спокойствие, работоспособность, меньше нервов и норм настроение. Алкоголь - фуууу. Муж глядя на меня для интереса тоже начал. Через месяц стал скотина)))) более жесткий, решительный, перест…
Мне очень помог с алкоголем, а то могла каждый вечер после работы расслабляться и выходные больше, понимала что мешает двигаться, с 9 января начала приём, похудела на 8 кг, стала ходить на тренировки, много работы, и равнодушие к алкоголю, хотя могу немного в праздник, но уже кайфа от этого не испытываю, да и не ругаю себя, что смогла немного сделать шаг в сторону, зато хочется бежать вперёд 🤗
Я была настроена на приём, была готова, поэтому не ждала эффекта, всё само пришло когда надо😊
