Сейчас похоже, что идут локальные блокировки в Беларуси отдельных сайтов и ВПН. Проблемы начались где-то с 10-и утра. Во-первых, перестал работать ряд VPN’ов, речь как минимум о Proton VPN, NordVPN, TunnelBear, VPN — Super Unlimited Proxy, X-VPN (UPD: X-VPN уже работает) и Planet VPN. При этом Psiphon работает, так что лучше всего скачать ещё несколько разных на телефон, чтобы просто перебором, что-то работало. Да…

За границей перестал открываться сайт обращения.бел (такой госовский петишнс) Это официальный единый интернет-портал для обращений граждан. Интресно, что это произошло спустя 2 недели после того, как сайт @petitions_by внесли в РБ в список «экстремистских материалов», а позднее ОАЦ и аннулировал их домен в зоне BY. #НеОченьТоиХотелось

Ночью в Беларуси могут опять рубануть интернет. Белтелеком опять будет проводить "плановые профилактические работы" с 00:00 до 06:00. Говорит, что "возможно кратковременное ухудшение услуг доступа к ресурсам сети Интернет". В прошлый раз они так планово поработали, что несколько часов не работал YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Discord и лагал Telegram по всей стране. #Посмотрим
