#استادپناهیان اگر هنگام مناجات با خدا دائماً از خودمان و رنجها یا بدیهایمان صحبت کنیم کمتر آرامش خواهیم یافت. ولی اگر از خوبیها و اسماء حسناء خدا یا خوبیهای اولیاء خدا صحبت کنیم، آرامش و نور بیشتری به ما خواهد رسید. جوشن کبیر، زیارت جامعه و دعای ندبه سرشار از ذکر خدا و اولیاء خدا هستند.
