I dream of a world free from violent crime, however history suggests this is most likely impossible. To address this crisis of human behaviour, a three-pronged approach is neccesary: 1) Empower civilians to protect themselves. 2) Enforce stricter penalties for offenders. 3) Implement policies that promote social cohesion. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
