Две недели без нагрузки = один месяц восстановления 📉 В танце, как и в спорте, тело быстро привыкает к отдыху. Всего 14 дней без занятий, и мышцы теряют тонус, растяжка уходит, а выносливость стремительно падает. Чтобы вернуть прежнюю форму, артисту потребуется в два раза больше времени!
