Президент России Владимир Путин подписал закон, направленный на ограничение применения меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу. Теперь в УПК РФ появилась норма о том, что беременных женщин, одиноких отцов, опекунов или попечителей по общему правилу не будут помещать под стражу.
