#ژله_مورب من برای این قالب به سه بسته ژله احتیاج داشتم،هر بسته ژله رو با يك و یک چهارم ليوان آب جوش قاطی كردم خنک كه شد یک چهارم ليوان شير ريختم و کمی از ژله رو داخل قالب ریختم و قالب رو به صورت کج داخل یخچال گذاشتم،هر لايه وقتی نیم بند شد رنگ بعدي رو بريزين و جهت قالب رو عوض کنید و به طرف دیگه کج بزارید،هميشه لايه بعدي رو با قاشق كم كم بريزين يه دفعه خالي نكنين روي لايه قبلي -لايه ها خیلی زیاد داخل یخچال نمونه چون …

#ژله_تولدت_مبارک برای این ژله من نصف بسته ژله الورا رو با نصف لیوان اب جوش حل کردم خنک که شد نصف لیوان شیر یا بستنی بهش اضافه کردم و چند قطره رنگ خوراکی قرمز بهش زدم ،قالب رو با برس چرب کردم وریختم توی حروف و ماه و ستاره ها گذاشتم تا ببنده بعد یک بسته ژله الوورا رو با یک لیوان اب جوش حل کردم خنک که شد نصف لیوان شیر ریختم روی بقیه قالب،برای بستن هم بستگی به دمای یخچال داره حدود پنج شش ساعت،چون قالب چرب هست راحت برمیگ…

#دسر_شکلاتی شیر 3لیوان پودر ژلاتین 3قاشق غذا خوری خامه صبحانه یک پاکت (از این پاکت صورتی ها) شکلات تخته ای 150 گرم شکر نصف لیوان وانیل کمی پودر کاکائو یا نسکافه 2 قاشق خوری من ابتدا خامه رو توی ظرف ریختم گذاشتم روی گاز تا آب شد،بعد شکلات رو خرد کرده و به خامه اضافه کردم و اونم اب شده،بعد پودر کاکائو و شکر رو اضافه کردم و بعد شیر رو اضافه کردم و کمی وانیل. حالا پودر ژلاتینم رو روی کمی اب پاشیدم تا اسفنجی بشه و بعد روی…

#ژله_چند_رنگ_قالبی من این ژله رو با سه بسته ژله الوورا درست کردم،ابتدا سه بسته رو با سه لیوان اب جوش خوب مخلوط کردم روی بخار کتری،بعد که خوب سرد شد یک لیوان و نیم شیر بهش اضافه کردم،بعد در قسمتهای رنگی رنگی بالای ژله هر دو قاشق ژله شیر رو با یک رنگ مخلوط کردم و بعد از چرب کردن داخل قالبم ریختم،بعد از گذشت وپنج الی ده دقیقه ژله نیم بند شد در یخچال و بعد با قاشق کم کم روی آن یک لیوان ژله ی حشیر که ااول متن توضیح دادم ر…

#ژله_رولی ابتدا یک رنگ ژله رو‌با یک لیوان اب جوش حل کرده بعد یک بستنی لیوانی کوچیک‌به دمای محیط رسیده رو بهش اضافه کردم ولی زیاد هم نزنین که کف روی بستنی بخوابه در حد مخلوط شدن چند بار هم بزنین .کف سینی یک پلاستیک فریزر پهن کرده ،ژله رو‌بریزین توش بعد از نیمساعت اونو‌در بیارین وبا چاقو‌نوار باریک برش بزنین دستتون رو‌دالبری با چاقو حرکت بدین تا برشها دالبری بشه بعد از یک سمت رول کنین ورولهارو بزارین یخچال.سوال ؟چر…
