أمتناني اليوم لغسل المواعين (ما اتشاقه انا من صدك امتن على هالاختراع) عليه افراغ طاقة سلبية وافكار مالها داعي موجودة بداخلي بشكل مو طبيعي ،بمجرد ما اخلص احس نفسي خف عبء من داخلي ماجنت فاهمه هو شنو وشنو سببه ومصدره بس ممكن يكون متراكم من شهر وهسه حان وقته بأن يتفرغ ويه غسل المواعين ..

أيام احس مشاعري لونها بينك ومرات دارك واحيانًا براون وهي هيج ماشية ، لكن اللي داحاول اسويه انه اتقبل كل واحد منهم ،واتفهم كل واحد ليش صار وما اقلل أو اتجاهل أي نوع منهم حتى لو كان السبب تافه -أو غير واضح بالنسبالي- مو مشكلة اعتبر هالمشاعر طفل صغير ولازم احتويها انا مو غيري حتى اكدر احلها واساعدها لمن تكون دارك حتى تخف شوية شوية ..
