Я апгрейднула коул сло, добавив туда редис, грушу и красный лук, а заправила это дело кунжутным маслом и лимонным соком, из специй в боуле присутствуют соль, чили и кунжут. И вот прямо хорошо получилось, посчитала вам тоже надо об этом знать. Резала все на мандолине, незаменима для салатов из того, что осталось в хородильнике!

Да простят меня боги фотографии, но мне точно надо вам рассказать как сделать вкусное пюре из любых овощей. И так чтобы оно было реально вкусным, а не вызывало тоску по классическому картофельному. Основная проблема пюре из тыквы или цветной капусты, даже если в составе есть картофель — оно кажется пустым на вкус. Этого не будет если вы сварите овощи в курином бульоне.
