Павел Дуров починил прокси для обхода блокировок Telegram — в коде актуальной версии приложения есть изменения, которые разработчики пометили как исправление проблемы с TLS. Теперь у «отпечатка» Telegram 32 байта (было 20) и другая структура. В теории, команда мессенджера может бесконечно менять сигнатуры, обходя ТСПУ, а главное — они показали, что будут это делать.
