⭕️⭕️ خطأ طبي شائع في الطوارئ: إعطاء Tranexamic Acid (TXA) لمريض رضوض بعد مرور أكثر من 3 ساعات من الإصابة لمجرد أنه لا يزال ينزف. قد يعتقد الطبيب المناوب أن استمرار النزف هو مؤشر لإعطاء TXA بغض النظر عن الزمن، لكن الأدلة تشير إلى أن الفائدة تكون عند إعطائه خلال أول 3 ساعات فقط من الإصابة، بينما قد يرتبط إعطاؤه بعد ذلك بزيادة الوفيات المرتبطة بالنزف. ✅ إذا كان زمن الإصابة اقل من 3 ساعات: فكر في TXA. ❌ إذا تجاوزت الإصا…
