አንድ ሰው እስከ 40 ዓመቱ ድረስ በጣም ጥሩና በጎ ነገሮችን እየሠራ ኖረ። ከዚያ በኋላ ግን ለ30 ዓመታት ሙሉ በሕይወቱ ተስፋ ቆርጦ በየቀኑ ሲሰክርና ሕይወቱን ሲያባክን ኖረ። በመጨረሻም በ70 ዓመቱ ከዚህ ዓለም በሞት ተለየ። በቀብሩ ሥነ-ሥርዓት ላይ ግን ታሪክ "ይህ ወንድማችን በተወለደ በ40 ዓመቱ አርፏል።" ብሎ ተነበበ። ... እውነተኛ ሕይወት ማለት በሥራ፣ በበጎነት፣ በሰላምና በትርጉም የምንኖርበት ዘመን ነው። የቀሩት 30 ዓመታት ግን በስካርና፣ ሃላፊነትን በመሸሽ ያለፉ በመሆናቸው በሕይወት እንደመኖር ሳይሆን እንደ ሞት የሚቆጠሩ ናቸው። . . . አንዳንድ ጊዜ እኛም ዕድሜያችንን በቁጥር ብቻ እንቆጥራለን። ነገር ግን ዋናው ጥያቄ "ስንት ዓመት ኖ…
