А вот это мне нравится больше всего. Добавил в АВ тесты обложек дополнительный показатель - "чистая прибыль". Все эти показы, просмотры, клики - хорошо, но это же не сама цель. Тут явно видно, сколько ты зарабатываешь с конкретной обложки и когда видишь такой сильный разбег в почти 3 раза и это всего лишь из-за какой-то картинки, начинаешь более серьёзнее к этому относиться.
Прекрасный пример. АВ тест. у оригинального главного изображения CTR 4,08% у второго - 2,68%. О, нас кликнуло как можно больше людей, надо брать первое изображение! Да вот только меня это не устраивало и я внедрил в учёт финальный выкуп. Ни клик, ни заказ, а финальную продажу, чтобы пользователь получил ровно то, что увидел на фото, а не несуществующее ИИ изображение. Так вот, при одинаковых заказах - 61 единице,…
Ни для кого не секрет, что Магнит Маркет умирает, как стандартный маркетплейс. Ещё немного, и селлеров попросят вывезти свой товар. Чтобы распродать все товары за любую цену, так как рубль в кармане лучше, чем неликвид на складе, закинул товары в акцию "Летняя распродажа" через нейросеть и сегодня настроил снижение на 1% сразу у всех товаров. Делать это вручную было бы неблагодарным занятием.
Ещё пример применения нейросетей для отслеживания продаж. АВ тест упаковок. Считать и сводить все доставленные/отменённые заказы вручную - такое себе удовольствие. Нейросеть всё сводит по одному запросу и выдаёт точный результат. На данном примере +15,8% прибыли за счёт увеличения количества выкупов с новой упаковкой
Сделал тепловую карту % выкупа. Не во всех регионах выкупают одинаково полезно. Возможно, есть смысл в какие-то регионы совсем не грузиться и нелокальная продажа будет выгоднее, чем расходы на возвраты. В общем, надо считать.
Завёл фиксирование соинвеста. Каждый день отслеживает и сохраняет в базу данных
Стало интересно, что там с процентом выкупа за последние 2 года. Выкупать стали значительно реже. Интересно.
