Почему у Т4 РБ не работают умения. Вероятно, это связано с тем, что разработчики хотели сделать их используемыми в любое время. Напомню, что у Т3 РБ (в данном случае с Ксанатоса) умение можно использовать, если при нанесении урона с шансом 16% появится соответствующий эффект, однако у Т4 РБ в описании абзац про 16% отсутствует. То есть у Т4 РБ умение можно было бы применять в любое время, но, похоже, в процессе р…

Как считается характеристика «Доп. урон» в ТЛ.
Берём голого персонажа. Его базовый урон критом будет составлять 101. Затем берём умение «Удар щитом», у которого формула 520% базы + 104 урона. Простая математика, и получаем урон от удара щитом, равный 629. Теперь добавляем +15 доп. урона (от характеристики Ловкость).
