Есть у меня традиция - каждый месяц под собирать свои заслуги в один пост. Мне это помогает увидеть и оценить то, что уже есть. Не обесценивать, не отнекиваться, а собрать перед собой, похвалить себя (поверьте, мы все это очень плохо умеем делать) и двигаться дальше вдохновленной. Я стала делать так в бренде с год назад.
