Dopo quasi due anni di processo è arrivata la sentenza: assolto perché il fatto non costituisce reato. Il processo nasceva da una commemorazione fatta nel 2021 a Ragusa per ricordare Sergio Ramelli, un ragazzo del Movimento Sociale Italiano ucciso nel 1975 da militanti di Avanguardia Operaia. Appena pubblicato sul mio blog. Racconto come sono andati realmente i fatti del processo che mi riguarda, nato da una commemorazione per Sergio Ramelli, e spiego perché quel gesto era memoria, non propaganda. L’ho scritto adesso, prima della sentenza, per chiarezza e per rispetto verso una storia e una comunità che non accettano semplificazioni o caricature.
