В советские времена у высших чинов было специальное водительское удостоверение с правом нарушения ПДД. Ничего не изменилось, в принципе.

В Краснодаре действующий судья Крикоров Арсен Владимирович, находясь пьяным за рулём сбил девушку и пытался уехать с места ДТП Водители перекрыли ему дорогу, в ответ на это Крикоров вышел из машины и начал размахивать судейской корочкой и угрожать всех пересажать. Прибывшие менты что-то оформили и отпустили пьяного судью. С данного ДТП прошел месяц, судья все еще работает на благо Родины, девушке до сих требуется …
