Вот так выглядит доска пережившая много чаепитий. Гвоздями её подлечил лично я. И, конечно же, уже почти легендарный чайный набор, который знает каждый, кто хоть раз оказывался на чаепитии в Cube.Moscow. Посуда пропитанная чайным духом. Вообще нам удалось организовать там весьма атмосферное место для чая. Когда-нибудь и его фотки здесь появятся.

Следы чая внутри заварника – это его история. Вообще, по хорошему чайнику всегда видно, что он пропитый. Это как та самая батина кружка, внутрь которой опасно долго вглядываться. Именно поэтому меня слегка подбешивает наш стеклянный друг. Своей кристальной прозрачностью он будто намекает, чтоб его тщательно отмыли. Но я люблю его таким, какой он есть и это взаимно.

Последний подарочек, привезённый из Коломны, – ГАБА. Та самая, Алишаньская. Аромат, который ни с чем не спутать. Задорная кислинка во вкусе и запахе. Чай, после которого краски становятся ярче. Улун с ярким фруктово-ягодным вкусом и послевкусием чернослива или печеных яблок. Конечно, своей популярностью он обязан содержащейся в нём гамма-аминомасляной кислоте, но, мне кажется, именно из-за своего вкуса и аромата ег…

Собираем этот канал по кирпичикам. Вот сейчас нашлось описание, причём оно всегда было у меня под рукой, но, как тот самый кусочек пазла, никак не находило себе места. Моё увлечение чаем естественным образом распространяется на моë семейство. Из взрослых разговоров София вытащила наличие некого «сонного» чая, который успокаивает. В её рецепт того самого чая входят мухоморы. В прошлый раз в качестве «сонного чая» мы пили какой-то самый простой улун с жасмином. Случайно наткнулись на чайный магазин в ТЦ, и она завела разговор с продавцом о своём чае. Пришлось приобрести ей «Тё Гуан…

Красный чай обычно очень быстрый. Его хватает на четыре-пять проливов, а то и меньше. Но вкус и аромат – это что-то с чем-то. И состояние, описанное на упаковке, ощущается весьма конкретно. Кстати, на фото также засветился мой, подаренный женой на день рождения, чайный набор путешественника. У него ещё есть довольно удобный чехол, в который, помимо посуды, помещается небольшая упаковка чая, уже расфасованного по 10 г.

Вот, что мне по нраву... Название «Дрова» для этого Да Хуна оказалось вполне оправданным. Нет, по задумке оно, конечно же, означало что чай коптили на каких-то крутых дровах, но в дрова в итоге был я. Причём весьма незаметно. То ли я давно не пил «Халат», то ли и вправду помогли дрова. Аромат у чая оказался удивительный и стойкий. Заполнил комнату, и ещё долгое время им можно было наслаждаться даже не над заварко…
