Passando para lembrar que eu, atualmente, respondo a processo disciplinar por erros cometidos por SERVIDORES da secretaria, porque “o juiz, no final das contas, é o responsável”.
Vejam o que diz o Código Penal sobre o crime de injúria: Art. 140 - Injuriar alguém, ofendendo-lhe a dignidade ou o decoro: Pena - detenção, de um a seis meses, ou multa. Trata-se de crime de menor potencial ofensivo, portanto, a que sequer cabe prisão em flagrante, muito menos prisão preventiva, e tramita no juizado especial… Código Penal ainda está valendo?
